Two NRTC Members Receive Local Honors
August 5, 2009--NRTC members are known for delivering products and services that improve the quality of life in the communities they serve. Recently, two members received recognition from their communities for the service they provide.
CTC Telecom, a subsidiary of Chibardun Telephone Cooperative of Dallas, WI, was recently honored at Barron Chamber of Commerce's 21st annual Business and Industry Appreciation Day. Continuing a legacy of innovation, Chibardun was first in the area to offer a number of cutting-edge services, including digital video service, high-speed Internet and wireless broadband service. Chibardun/CTC Telecom distributes WildBlue satellite-delivered Internet access through NRTC.
The Big Sky Chamber of Commerce of Big Sky, MT, named 3 Rivers Communications the 2009 Business of the Year. Fairfield, MT-based 3 Rivers Communications offers high-speed broadband Internet, local dial-up Internet, satellite broadband Internet, long-distance and digital TV service, in addition to traditional local telephone service. 3 Rivers delivers WildBlue satellite Internet access, DIRECTV and Internet Services through NRTC.
